However, the best part is they can slide down to a very compact size to quickly slip into any backpack, luggage or gear bag. These poles are very easy to adjust while on the go too - no need to take gloves or mittens off either. Super-lightweight and strong for dramatically increasing balance and stability on all types of terrain while snowshoeing. Available in both women's and men's versions (men and women specific grips).
