The NightRay is Black Diamond's lightest full-function headlamp, which we've found is a very nice feature indeed when snowshoeing at night! Five SuperBright LEDs. Center
LED is within extra casing for extra beam projection. Three adjustable brightness settings and strobe. Three AAA batteries included.
The five SuperBright LEDs provide bright, close range lighting while the casing protected center LED projects a beam for long range vision. Toggle between two or five LEDs and fine-tune the light output by flipping between the three brightness settings, including strobe for emergencies.
