The new, streamlined and user-friendly 180 EZ snowshoe binding, with integrated Tubbs Snowshoes patented Control Wing technology, features the fast fitting one-buckle tightening mechanism combined with the very supportive heel strap. Carbon Steel Recreational Crampon system underneath features both front and rear braking teeth for improved traction on the uphill, downhill, and side slopes in packed snow conditions and more.
The Tubbs Frontier snowshoes also include the innovative, biomechanically-designed, women-specific Fit-Step frame featuring a slightly upturned, rounded tail that allows for a more natural, rolling transition as it hits the trail, resulting in less impact to the hip, knee, and ankle joints. The Rotating Toe Cord design allows snow to easily shed off the tails, while underfoot pivot point remains optimally positioned to engage the appropriate amount of traction depending on current surface snow conditions and terrain.
